Are all items authentic?

Without exception. Every piece in our collection undergoes a rigorous multi-point authentication process before it is listed. We stake our reputation on the authenticity of every item we sell. If we are not certain, we do not sell it.

What condition are the items in?

Each listing includes a detailed condition description and high-resolution photography. We use a clear grading system — Excellent, Very Good, and Good — so you know exactly what to expect. We only offer pieces that meet our quality standards.

Can I return an item?

Yes. We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and documentation. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders within Spain arrive within 2–4 business days. EU orders arrive within 3–6 business days. All shipments are fully insured and tracked.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship across the European Union. For enquiries about shipping outside the EU, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I know if an item will suit me?

Each listing includes precise measurements and detailed photography. If you need additional information — more photos, specific measurements, or styling advice — our team is happy to help. Simply reach out via our contact page.

Do you buy pre-owned luxury items?

We are always looking for exceptional pieces to add to our collection. If you have an authenticated luxury item you would like to sell or consign, please contact us with details and photographs.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments with bank-level SSL encryption. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.
